Effect of Yog on the body
Yog allows us to know our self. It strengthens
our inner power to meet the supreme
soul and attain complete biss. Indian sages
have defined different types of Yog. Here,
we will be discussing about the asanas
(postures) and pranayam yogs in detail which
come under the eight yogic practices
(resistance towards passions, rules, postures i.e.
asana, controlling the breath i.e. pranayam,
resisting the sense organs , concentration,
meditation and deep meditation), six other
yogic exercise of austerity (Hathyog) will
also be discussed. Practicing yog revives our
dead consciousness. These exercise
rejuvenate dead tissues and thus new tissues
and cells are formed. Light yogic exercise
reactivate the nervous system, and regulate
blood circulation. It reinstates fresh energy
in the body. According to the laws of physical
science, when the body contracts and
expands, energy is developed and diseases get
cured. This activity is done simply with
the help of different yogic asana. With the
practice of pranayama and other asana, the
glands and muscles of the body repel – attract,
contract expand. Which cures diseases
naturally.
